How can you place on your job resume that you were self employed home business?

I am an ebay trading assistant (E-commerce Sales Manager)
We have our home office and sell items on eBay for others…the whole process entails customer service, money transactions, eBay postings, shipping and handling, etc.

I am not sure how to place that in my resume if anyone else has been self employed and have written a resume.

I worked part time at home but now I would like to work full time or part-time and keep going to school so I need to add this to my resume instead…

My first job out of college was for 4 years, and I’ve been at my current job for 2.5 years. Will my length of time be frowned up if I search for another job now?
