Should my Resume and my Job application match exactly?

I feel as if one of my jobs isnt Resume worthy, as it does not really partain to the job im looking for. Should i include it still?

    Don’t include it if it is not relevant unless it leaves a large gap in your resume. Large being 2+ years.
