How to search for a job using the internet (particularly jobs for teenagers)?

I’ll be 16 in the next few months so I’m beginning to search for jobs in my area.
I’m not well versed in the job searching field and I’m hoping to find website suggestions.
Because I’m young I’d just like to find a simple job close to me.

Thanks :)

snagajob.com and u could also simply jus apple to places that r near u or go to places ard u and ask if they r interested in hiring or something….REMEMBER…for every place u apply to, u gotta call them after 5 days or a week and talk to the manager and tell her ur name and that u applied last week and was wondering wen he/she is goin to start looking at the applications and that ur interested…shows interest and better chance of getting a job

There are good job openings for freelancers and freshers

create one resume with what experience/knowledge you have. If you don’t have any experience simply put what job would like.

Post it in some local HR services and employment agencies like :

    http://http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/home.shtml

    http://www.synergyhr.in

I am sure you’ll find one for you.

    Thanks,

There are many ways to search for a job on the Internet. There are so many different ways to find a job, different categories like fast hiring jobs, part-time jobs, full employment jobs, etc. Some of the most popular search sites for employment are Snag-a-job, and Job.com and they help you find employment in your home town, which really narrows the search for you. Search for anything from retail jobs to fast food jobs.

You can try http://www.spotthings.com. It is a website that searches thousands of websites for you at once. You will get more results and within seconds. Since you want a local job, just visit the website. Then, select “jobs” to search. You will need to key in a search phrase. So if you want to work in a retail store, something like “retail” will work. Then, you need to enter in your zip code. You will also need to select a radius to search (this is how far you want to drive). After doing a search, you will see all jobs in your area that meet your search criteria.

    Good luck!

The best job search site I’ve used is SimplyHired.com (www.simplyhired.com). It index jobs from all over the web, so it’s a one-stop-shop for job seekers. You’ll find jobs from job boards, employers, non-profit agencies, government, and recruitment agencies.

The last two jobs that I’ve been hired, I’ve found on SimplyHired.com.

Best of luck in your job search!
