I know some people design very good cover letters using a software. I want to get that one. Please let me know about the best cover letter or resume writing software for any kind of job application?

You truly do not need a cover letter software. Just simply follow the following instructions:
Address cover letter as you would a professional letter. You can use a heading – name and address as you have on your resume.
1st paragraph roughly 2 sentences. The position you are applying and where you reviewed the opportunity.
2nd paragraph roughly 3 to 4 sentences explaining your interest in the company and the value you could add to the firm.
Final paragraph 2 sentences which includes a positive concerning their response…….I am available at your earliest convenience……I am interested in meeting you to further discuss…….
Make sure your contact info is clear and concise and if using your cell phone number as a contact please make sure your message on your cell is also professional.
