To begin in the workforce, should I try different temp jobs (for experience) or get one normal job?

I’m in accounting, and I don’t have any work experience. Maybe I should try 1 month temp jobs in different sectors or accounting, or just one normal job for a longer time?

Which will look better on my CV (Curriculum Vitae)?

you can find a lot of good jobs through temp job programs like “manpower” then after so long, when ur temp time is up, if you do good they will hire u permnt.

If you’re not sure what career you want to go into, you should try getting experience in different sectors until you get a feel for the one you like best.

However, a steady long term job will look much better on a resume than several short-term jobs. It makes you seem like a better employee if you stick with one job instead of jumping around from one short term job to another.

The best way to get experience without any would be an internship. That way, you can get trained in a training experience, rather than throwing yourself into a job that you’ve never done before. There are some paying ones for people out of college, so you should be able to take that route.

If not, skip the temp route and dive right in. It shows commitment, and you’ll get better training if they know you’re going to stick around.

    Best of luck!
