This is absolutely worse timing. I am a month pregnant. I was thinking of temp jobs until I give birth because this is the best solution I can think of now. Please help.

  1. Danielle says:

Make the letter polite and confident, without being too up yourself.

-Write about past jobs that you think will aid you in this new job.

    - Write about hobbies that will make this new job interesting for you (if there are any, for instance my fiance likes computer games, so he wrote this on his cover letter for a computer games store)

    - Write about why you want the job. Will you find it interesting? Exciting? Good experience? Is it something you want to learn?

    - Also, write that you are willing to learn anything to help you in the new job. Just wing it abit :p Haha!

Make sure you sign off with some form of ‘I am looking forward to hearing from you’. Makes you seem keen but not too in their face!

Confident, not arrogant. Keen and enthusiastic, not obsessive.

Make it polite and formal, but also quite friendly.

Good luck! I hope other people give you some better ideas. Just thought I’d chip in xD
