Question by Y C: Coverletter help!?
The company just posted a permanent position of my job. I really want to apply for it. How can I make my coverletter look appealing? I want to write in the coverletter saying I’m already doing good job and know how the company works.

Simply state that. State that you have worked xxx length of time in this position and greatly enjoy the job. Your familiarity with the company has given you the additional advantage of being able to navigate quickly in the completion of your work. Your job evaluations show evidence of this by xxxxxxx (take statements from your evaluations). GOOD LUCK!

    Make it brief. something they can read in less than a minute that highlights all of your accomplishments that will translate to the job you are applying for.
