how can i write a resume if i have no job experience?

i graduated from high school in 07′ never worked in anything and i am planning to apply for some jobs.I am in community college and this is basically why i haven’t worked, have a good college gpa (3.2) and i have knowledge with computers and i am bilingual… can anyone help me on what to put in my resume??

Instead of previous jobs, you list any volunteer experience, or school clubs, or, lacking that, hobbies.
use your school … what subjects your good at, what your special talents, volunteer experience, household chores, babysitting, hobbies, if youve tutored
Concentrate on more skills and education than job experience. Out work experince last.
In the skills section of your resume, list the language that you are bilingual in and computer programs that you have experience with.
