Question by Echelon Right: What is a good place to get resume writing assistance from?
I’m looking for help in polishing my Information Technology related resume and there are SO many places online that seem to do this. Any recommendations for places that do this would be great.

If you are in a university use the Career Services, other options available would be to start at a local career counseling center. Each state has an office that can point you in the right direction. Your local bookstore or a website like amazon will have tons of resources as well. After looking over 100 resumes for a CIO position we were trying to fill its important to tailor your resume to stand out from the crowd. Make sure to include specific work projects that fit the job description being posted. also check out the link below for a ton of resources. Good luck

Both will supply a professional resume, text version (for emails), and a web version. Range is roughly $ 125-$ 250 depending on the need, level, etc.
You can also check locally for a good service. Make sure the people have some kind of certification in resume writing, show credentials, and have a guarantee of some kind if you are not satisfied.
