Learn HOW TO WRITE A RESUME : HOW TO WRITE A COVER LETTER : HOW TO LAND A JOB
How could I specify My arrival date in my Resume when apply for a Job?

I am going to abroad next week for Job. But I would like to apply for companies from this week onwards that will help me to get positive replies after I reached there. How do I present my Visa status in my Resume.

Can I write like this
Visa Status : On Visit (from 11th Nov 2007)
Is it grammatically correct?

Thanks a lot

  1. Peter C says:

I would send your resume (CV to the English) with an accompanying letter, explaining your proposed visit start. You should also make the effort to personalise eavery letter and resume, not make them look like a circular – as if you only want a job, not necessarily a job with that company!
Would you employ someone who could not be bothered to find out your name, and show that they knew something about your company?
