See this article about getting the recruiters’ attention from Job-Hunt.org – http://www.job-hunt.org/article_recruiterattention.shtml

A recruiter describes how you pick out the requirements from the job description or the ad on one side of the page and match them up with your skills/experience on the opposite side of the page.

    It works!

    Good luck!
