Learn HOW TO WRITE A RESUME : HOW TO WRITE A COVER LETTER : HOW TO LAND A JOB
Is there a good resumé template that will put info in the right place when job sites “parse” it?

Resume parsing seems to crop up often (I spend all this time formatting my resume to be attractive and companies don’t even want to look it it). Unfortunately, when a site does parse out my resume, information is in the wrong fields and I have to spend a ton of time fixing it, when I could be looking for other jobs. I was wondering if there is a template out there that works well with all resume parsing software, such that the correct information is in the correct fields, every time. Thanks.

As far as I know, there is not such a template but the article below at least gives you some ideas of how to format it.

Now I have two resumes, one for the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and one for humans to read.
