If you can track down the name of a person, that&#039;s definitely better.  Even if it&#039;s only someone in the HR Dept.  

It shows a little more interest than just a form letter.</description>

And it&#039;s Ma&#039;am or Ms.  (I prefer Ms. unless you are certain it is a Mrs.)</description>
