If they asked for ALL jobs, then list all jobs. Attach a 2nd sheet if necessary. You lie on your application, it can be grounds for dismissal years from now. Why take the chance on something so trivial. If you don't have contact information, at least list the name of the company, city/state, work time frame. I would just make sure that I do not leave gaps that are too big between jobs because that does not look too good in the eyes of employers. Make more emphasis on the job that you stay the longer. Also it depend of what kind of job you are looking for. Yes you don't have to write down a job when you were 14. or start from 16 or 17. The caution would be to only omit things that you do not think are relevant to what quality of employee you would make. The only caution I would give you is that you should not omit jobs if it would cause a gaping hole where you went without work for an extended period of time. The reason for this is that if there is an obvious hole in your work history, you will get questioned about it in your interview anyway. A job from when you were 14, however, shouldn't be a problem.
