Use teachers, coaches and adult friends for references; include addresses and contact numbers for each. On top of the resume pages there should be a cover letter. This is where you sell yourself. Make it clear that you are really interested in procuring a postition there and what you think you woul bring to them as a team member. Read it over and ask yourself if you would hire yourself!!
