I would try to make the presentation very professional; not all flashy with graphics. Use a consistent slide transition theme - it is difficult to watch a presentation that has a different transition for each slide. You can also get good advice just going to "help" in PowerPoint. My advice: keep it simple and honest. Don't try to overdo it. Don't try to be too fancy (unless it's a graphic design position).
