		<description>Wow - I have never heard of this sort of thing!  I would try to make the presentation very professional; not all flashy with graphics.  Use a consistent slide transition theme - it is difficult to watch a presentation that has a different transition for each slide.  You could check on microsoft.com for office templates, there might be a powerpoint resume template.  Good luck!!</description>
